I am suffering from fever last 2 weeks what should I do. For make my health as fit as I was earlier please tell me.

To stay fit and healthy do regular exercise like yoga, push ups, plank etc. Eat small amount of foods but do not skip meals. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Use unrefined foods. Take plenty of vegetables, whole fruits etc. Take more fish, egg, meat. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water after meals.
