Satvinder, This is not time to think weight loss - but focus on eating healthy, nutritious, home cooked, well balanced food... Don't let your relatives stuff you with sweet foods. Don't be afraid of ghee. Walk, brisk walk, jog or yoga regularly. Be happy - that is the key.
