I am 46 years old. There are stones in left and rights kidneys about 20 mm. Urologist told do pcnl and required 1 unit of blood to be in hospital for 4 days. Is blood required. Whether it is major surgery and how much time required to cured.

As per my knowledge for renal stone they would go for lithotropsy and this is not that much major surgery which required blood transfusion. You should consult with other urologist. And one thing I will advice firstly you should try medicine for renal stone because homoeopathic and ayurvedic medicines are getting good results in these cases.
