Sorbitrat is the right choice n comes first in such situations. Than ranitidine. Exactly same thing happened with me on 14 jan at ,8.30-9.00, first I took sorbitrat under toung followed by pan d. L had to repeat sorbitrat 5 mg three times as due to corona no icu available, so stay at home with full awareness. Ecg, echo done as per appointment with appointment of cardiologist admitted in icu in emergency at night, angioplasty done on 18, it was a massive attack as topi value is very high. I was saved.
