My wife have 2 fibroadenoma in her left breast. It is smooth, sharply, circumscribed solid masses with increased through transmission. By usg exam. And usg report is consistent with fibroadenoma (birads ii. ). It's measurements 24 mm x 20 mm. And another is 17. 5 mm x 15 mm. It will be harmful likely cancerous? It will be curable by any medicine? Surgery is must for her? We are trying to for a baby. My question is the tumors will be increase during pregnancy/it will be vanish automatically? If surgery is must for this case, could we are plan for pregnancy after surgery or after pregnancy, which are suitable for our? If surgery not needed at that time, it will be any problem during breast feeding? Please help me with right guidance.
