You can begin by writing a thought diary- whenever you get low negative thoughts write it down and then tear the paper into pieces and flush it. Be organized- set a routine and try to follow it as much as you can. Do meditation daily for peace of mind, its very important. If you can exercise, exercise for 30 minutes. Eat more fruits and green leafy vegetables and also lot of water. Have some one to talk to, pour your heart, if you have some painful memory write it again and again and read it again and again till you are desensitized to it. If the symptoms are severe, medication can help.
