I am having foot pain from last 3 months. Its more at the heel area and goes to ball of foot when I walk, I went to doc for planter fasciitis but when he checked he dismissed it nor I have any severe pain in morning. Earlier my foot was numb sometimes, but nw its all ok. My symptoms increases with the cold temperature. But I get relief when I apply heat to foot. I feel as if my leg muscles are tight. please help to diagnose.
