Mesioangulated bilateral lower 3rd molar both tge angle of mandibular are normal tmj intact, no sclerotic lesion soft tissue shadows normal no abscess formation what I need to do after this cause I missed the final consultation due to my meeting. Dental college team left the premises mentioning on my report that consult a dentist / maxillofacial.
