I got double chin and my face is too fat. This is the problem after I left gym and even my arms are more fatty and even the fats in the stomach. I stopped going in gym. Give me some tips to get slimmer and reduce the excessive fats stored in stomach, arms and face.

A) take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice, ginger juice and 15ml of honey along with lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach. B) eat 10 gm of ajova seeds along with 30gm of jiggery after meals. D) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini vati after meals do all these things for 30 days it gives you good result.
