It is possible to reduce the double chin by exercises.1. Straight jaw jut
Tilt your head back and look toward the ceiling.
Push your lower jaw forward to feel a stretch under the chin.
Hold the jaw jut for a 10 count.
Relax your jaw and return your head to a neutral position.
2. Ball exercise
Place a 9- to10-inch ball under your chin.
Press your chin down against the ball.
Repeat 25 times daily

Double chin could be hereditary or could be incidental. It does not respond to dieting. Since it is not a disease nothing to worry but if it bothers you then surgery-liposuction or liquidation of fat by injection may be a possibility.

Hello,
It is not a fixed number.
The simple calculation is you have to burn 300-500 calories more than you take daily.
Means if you take 1000 calories then burn 1500 calorie.

the different exercises that promise to fix a receding chin. These often involve stretching your neck and chin area up and down. This is supposed to help strengthen the chin muscles and tighten any loose skin.

While these exercises seem promising, they won’t fix a receding chin. Your chin’s position is determined by bone and soft tissue, not muscles.
