Working as a it professional. Used to sit 9 hours not continuously but more time will be sitting only. Getting lower back pain now. How to get relif from that?

Sir your backpain is posture related. First take a break after every 30 min. You can keep a pillow behind your back to support it and to keep it straight. Do some stretching exercises dat will help you.
