I have frequent mood change illness, it is hampering my day to day affairs. I can not take any strong decision.please tell me what to do ?

Most of us do not realize that everything in our body might just be a function of deficiencies. Mood swings/depression could be hormonal (which is rare in case of men) and is mostly due to deficiencies of different b-vitamins. Kindly do check your levels of b12. Take a good quality b-complex plus multimineral tablet for 1 month. Should help. Yoga/pranayam will be great too.
