M 33 weeks pregnant n my doc told me that baby head is not fixed in pelvic bone yet and is up free floating but in head down position. Also umbilical cord is wrapped around baby neck twice. Is there any risk to baby. Also I want to ask what are the chances of normal delivery as it is my first baby.

Your doctor is priming you for cesarean section which will earn him/her more money. At 33 weeks wheather head is fixed or not, does not make any difference. (0% will have free floating head at this time of pregnancy. Regarding the loops of cords, babies they deliver normally without any compilations when there is a cords around neck. Baby is not breathing through nose when inside, so how does it matter if baby's neck is compressed or not. Cord around neck is not an indication of cesarean section but most doctors try to threaten patients by saying this so that they will get ready for cesarean section.
