For a couple of days, I have been feeling random, sharp body aches that come and go, especially in my arms and left thigh. They trigger without me doing anything, and also other parts of the body feel the pain but then it goes away. Today I felt dizzy, weak, hot and had a headache. I have been taking ibuprofen but it does?t seem to work long term. I have a history of anxiety (it got really bad a few days ago) so I wanted to rule out the possibility of these symptoms being a consequence of my anxiety or if there?s really an underlying condition. Thank you.
