Hi, I am 29 years old lady and having irregular periods (around 60 days cycle). I have bilateral pcos. My doctor has asked me to take normoz and fol123 for next 3 months. Also I am prescribed with duphaston from 15th day to 24th day of cycle. But as I said I have irregular periods and I do not know the exact date of my period I missed to note. Now from when shall I take duphaston. Is it ok to duphaston on any date in case irregular periods? When to take duphaston in case of irregular periods? Will I ovulate on time in next cycle?
