almost a year ago I felt a lump in my right breast. I was concerned and asked online to a free doctor and they said it's alright its nothing serious. My mum also has these kinda lumps in her breast since I was born but she fine. I'm 21 years old now and its almost a year now. Every month when i'm close to period that lump starts to hurt a bit and I start to feel that its there. I'm so concerned now that I have checked I think its growing but very slow i'm not even sure if it growing or not. I can't go to a gynecologist there's some family issues with me. I'm so concerned. Its doesn't hurt me I don't even feel its there but when I touch it I can feel it clearly. Growing up I had a lump in my left breast but its gone. Right breast was smaller than the left breast and is still small. Please give a brief answer i'm so helpless I can't pay i'm sorry. Please give an answer which satisfy me. Please help.
