Rest all are normal including normal thyroid. He is having a unbearable pain from hip to toe. Acc to a doctor it's neuromuscular. He had a muscle rapture 20-25 days back around the calf muscle. It was almost repaired, suddenly he started having the pain spasms from hip, to front thigh, to calf to upper part of the sole. Please guide what is the right treatment. He is in deep pain. Painkillers taken - zerodol mr, durapain, sistal forte, ac zal, methoxy. Injections - ambivit 2500.
