Hi I am 24 male ive been having issue while urinating it burns and I have urge to urinate frequently but there's no problem when I ejaculate. I went to the doctor and got usg abdomen, rbs,cbp and serum creatinine done. The doctor said everything is normal and it's just an infection did not specifically told me what kind of infection and prescribed zanocin 200 and urispas for 5 days. After 5 days the symptoms were 90% gone but after a week or so the symptoms are back again. What should I do now and what possibly could it be. I don't have any pre existing conditions but i've had a genital rash from a very long time. If I apply any ointment the itching goes away but comes back after some time. Is the itching and rash connected to urinary issues in some way.

So you may have touse the specific antibiotic treatment for a longer period. Plus drink enough fluids to reduce irritation. The rash is unlikely to be connected with infection.
