Hello my son is 2 years old and his weight is 8. 5kgs I am veg I don' t want to give him any non veg food not even eggs but many people around me suggest me to give eggs so could you tell me it is really help me or is there any equivalent food for high protein?

Exclusive vegetarian diet causes vit b12 deficiency leading to anemia, developmental problems, occasional egg given does not cause any harm, but if you still want to give exclusively vegetarian diet, then soya bean, dal rajma, ground nuts are good sources of protein, see that the child gets sufficient amount of these nutrients.
