My skin is too sensitive due to which I am suffering from too much itching on body which leaves red pimples rashes and black sops all over the body. As consulted by doctor. He told me I am having a problem of internal dryness in the body. Please suggest me what should I take to overcome from this problem.

Neha you need to keep your skin soft and supple by applying coconut oil immediately after bath every day don't use very harsh soaps as a matter of fact reduce the usage of soap as much as possible eat more fresh vegetables fruits salads and soups stay away from fried spicy and junk food do have an active daily routine with lot of exercises and keep most of your body parts covered with cotton clothes
