My baby is one month old I am using lactare tablets for breast milk. But I am not getting sufficient breast milk please suggest me any solution.

Hi, take shatavari rasayana 1tsf twice a day followed by a glass of warm milk, along with lactare tabs.

Drink lots of fluids and put baby to breast frequently. Fenugreek and fennel seeds also increase breast milk and they can be taken for increasing breast milk.

increase protein rich diet. add garlic and galact granules . dry fish if non vegetarian
