Hello doctor I have 2 breast lumps one on each side on left it's small like a pea and on right it's like golf ball. Its painless been there for a year now. Not all the time but some times shrink after my menstrual cycle .my left breast is also larger than my right. My right breast lump is not completely smooth but I feel like it's overlapped by veins .but it isn't irregular have smooth edges firm but rubbery and also movable. But my main cause of concern now is I have a very small bump on my ear not behind it. I have just gotten vaccinated maybe it's the side effect .that lump also hasn't grown been there for 10 days is also firm but movable like a marble .can you please tell are these the symptoms of fibroadenoma.
