I am 66. After tripping down and falling, my yoga and gym activities came to a halt. I have gathered fat around my waists on two side, (wings) I walk 6 to 7000 steps a day. Do bhujang assan everyday. How can I reduce hip fat. I am a small eater, vegetarian. I weigh 75 kgs for 5 ft 2" I want to knock off at least 10 kgs.

You can start with moderate carbohydrate and high fibre diet. Add seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take plenty of water during the day. Proper sleep is must. You can also start with meditation and alovera juice after that. For specific pattern you can take diet properly.
