Im 22 years old men. Im 185 cm height but weight is only 55 kgs. I looks like lean. I want to increase my muscle gain. Now im staying in hostel. Im unable to eat much proteins from fruits and vegetables. Can you suggest me some protein rich foods that can be used daily in hostel (eg. Nuts and pulses)
