I am a designer in a company. I want to increase my weight and my muscles since I am skinny. I am pure veg. But I started eating egg recently. Please suggest me some good plan.

To increase weight you can do muscle building exercise.Along with this eat extra food more frequently.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Take dense fruits,vegetables.Add extra healthy oil in cooking.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Use nutritional supplement.These are basic but for quick and effective result consult privately on Lybrate.
