First of all problems are not due to c section. After delivery you require to perform a few abdominal strenghtening exercises otherwise there is strain over the back. Post pregnancy transient osteoporosis too worsens back pains. Apply hot water bag. Local volini gel. Exercises as mentioned before. If no relief you will require xray of back or& mri.
