My brother has suffered from severe shoulder pain he started treatment for this pain 18 months back took physiotherapy also has taken neuro medicines like composition of methylcobalamin+pregabalin, also gabapentinlin and many others. Taken vitamin D3 tablets and other calcium also. Many doctors prescribed many pain killers also. MRI of cervical spine, whole spin, and shoulder is done. Nothing is found. He complained that since last 5 months he is started feeling a pain in his right leg and with time progress it moves to the upper half of the right leg and now he is feeling pain in his entire right right arm and right leg. Many doctors in orissa are telling that it is psychological but he is only 23 and I knew that he is in a constant pain and nowhere it is improving please advice me what to do.
