Its not advisable to stop telma and atorva type med. In between and your physician would never advise you for that. However if you want herbal med as a supportive therapy, it may be taken and slowly switch to ayurveda mode to have a controlled bp. First of all take tarunikusumakar powder 1 tsp twice a day for a week then 1tsp once for a week then 1 tsp at night every alternate day for two weeks. Take with lukewarm water preferably. Yes even in hot season it is advised to take with lukewarm water for best results.
