Hi team, I am 25 years old. I am having sciatica from last 1.2 years. I have done the mri. Mri says that .1).loss of lumbar lordosis is seen. 2) diffuse posterior disc bulge with central protrusion and mild inferior herniation is seen at the l4-l5 disc, indenting the anterior thecal sac, causing central anal stenosis and narrowing of the bilateral lateral recesses and neural foramina with moderate compression over the bilateral traversing l5 and exiting l4 nerve roots. Please let me know what to do now. I am doing proper exercise from professional physiotherapist but still there is no improvement in the pain. I am not able to seat or walk more than 20 minutes. Hoping for positive response from your team.
