I have cervical pain in my left shoulder and left neck. It is till 4 years. I have tried many medicines but it still continues. I also tried some physical therapy which relief my pain for some days. But after some times it comes back.

Pain described is most likely to be cervical spondylitis. I hope you have an xray of neck. You may need safe pain killers, nerve pain drugs like methcobalamine. Neck exercises, small pillow at bed. If no relief see a good Orhopedician and A neurologist

Hello lybrate-user since you are suffering from the cervical pain since many years you need to take an mri of the neck to see if there is any changes. Do not strain your neck. Check you posture while sitting especially if you are working on laptop. While sleeping use a thin pillow which gives proper support. If pain persists you will need medication.
