Have tested all details like cbc, esr,crp, ana,vitamin d25, rh factor, creatinine and wrist ap and lat. All reports are within normal limits. Rf 9.2, hs c-reactive protein 1.31 mg/l, ccp antibody peptide (serum elisa) 12.2,anti nuclear antibody also negative 7.9 u/ml. All test parameters look normal but still swelling is there with mild pain. Swelling is more on ankle joint. What to do now. Local doctor prescribed hcqs 300 for 1 month.

Please do anti ccp blood test. Most probably yiu have rheumatoid arthritis. That's why you r given hcqs 300.
