Do muscle building exercise. Eat more frequently with extra amount of food. Take cake, pastries, chocolate. Add ghee, butter, cream, jam, jelly with foods. Eat dense fruits, vegetables. Include more protein in diet which will help to gain weight. Take nuts seeds. No water during meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol.
