Migraine at 26 years of age can be disturbing. The mainstay in treatment of migraine is treatment of acute stage headaches and prevention of further attacks. Also associated problems like stress, sleep disorders, menstrual problems, anxiety and depression also need to be treated. If you are done with all this and still have uncontrolled migraine, please get back to me with details of medicines you had so far so that we can work out a remedy for your problems take care.
