I am having tonsil problem from last 2 week .i m done gargle with hot water and salt I have taken medicine erythromvin 250 but it does not help .tonsil is very painful I can not swallow anything and its start burning whenever I eat spices. Tonsil might be like that in neck there is wound thus y I am getting so much problem even I am not able to talk .pls suggest.
