Lybrate-user, dandruff is a generalised term but under this heading there are many other disorders. It can be psoriasis, dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, pityriasis amentecia etc. You have to follow proper regime for hair. Oil the scalp 3/week and oil it daily with mild scalp cleanser. Cleanser needs to be diluted with water before using it. Follow this. If it still doesn't help then consult in richfeel. Treat in time. Take care have a great hair day.
