hello sir namste, I have suffering with bilateral varicocele grade 2 and mild hydrocele since past 7-8 year. And also I suffering with kidney stone. Stone size 6 mm and 2 mm and location in mid pole and upper pole in right kidney. Now sir I feel pain in lower abdomen and groin area for last 7 days. My semen report is also normal. Is it pain due to varicocele? Should I go for varicocele surgery or wait for it.
