My pulse rate is between 48-55. 20 days early my pulse rate reach 48 and was tested with echo. They said everything is normal and gave me acidity medicine. I have gas and acidity, lump getting out from anus and red lines on scrotum (testicles) and weakness. I am having acidity medicine right now and seeing some white particles in urine. What is it? Am I leaking some nutrients. What tests should I do in urine test?

Do you have any other comorbudities like diabetes or high blood pressure? Your pulse rate is low, did the doctor checked it or you checked it by yourself? please let me know so I can help further.
