Check your bp, blood sugar, lipid, rft and lft. Regular yogasana -pavanmuktasana and sarvangasana for 10-15 minutes and morning walk 20 minutes daily is advised avoid cold water, curd, ice cream, fried, non-veg and fatty food items, drink plain or warm water regularly 1- isabgol tusi powder 100 gm add in one kg of wheat aata and this is to be used to prepare rotis, consume such rotis daily. 2- trifala churna 100 gm + haldi-turmeric powder 50 gm mix properly, take 6-7 gm daily (one and half tea spoon) at bed time with warm water record weight before treatment and later every month and report.
