While walking my vertigo is worst. I had fever and 104� last month and that time I had my exams so I couldn't take proper rest. Though my fever was gone in 5 days but after that my vertigo problem occurred. However that time my bp was was 90/77. I consulted a cardiologist he said tis spinning sensation is bcz of low bp. But till now it has been 50 days I am having vertigo. When I wake up I feel ok for 1 hour but after that vertigo starts. Now I feel medicine are also not helping me. I always feel heaviness in my head. What should I do?

Your bp level indicate that your symptoms are in fact due to low blood pressure. A systolic bp of 90 isn't normal. I would suggest you to get a digital bp apparatus and chart your bp at least twice daily and it will help to determine a pattern of your bp. In addition there is a possibility of electrolyte disbalances, dietary pattern disturbances or inner ear infections - which can give rise to similar symptoms.
