I am having cough since 5 month after covid ii have done ct scan. Few focal fibrosis band involving left lower lobe and right middle lobe. The report is normal but it's shows lump nodes in armpit. Few prominent bilateral axillary lymph nodes seen with preserve fatty helium. Largest 18 mm on left side it normal can it go with antibiotics medicine.
