I have been prescribed galvus met 50/1000 for twice a day. (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening). Can I take two tablets (50/500) of galvus met at a time since 50/1000 is out at stock with my pharmacy. Have been taking 50/1000 for a period of more than 2 years.
