I am a 26 Years Female, and I have PCOS Condition, I have kept my weight in check and have a hard time keeping weight in control. Periods are regular most of the time. But want to find a more permanent solution.

If you have confirmed pcos through blood test and ultrasound, then the better cure for it is weight loss, diet management along with hormonal treatment at least for 9 months to one year. Either one alone does not work. So I advise you to consult your gynaecologist and start medicines.
