My aunt is 62 years old diabetic worked in a hospital administration for 30 years and after her retirement 4 years back there was a behavioural change. She lost her mental stability before 2 years just before few days of her ovary removal operation. We took her to few psychologist post surgery but she has thrown all the medicines pretending to swallow. She speaks a different language at times. She does not allow anyone to home she hides a face even from her daughter. But she remembers most of the incidents since 1987 but forgot few incidents before 4 years. Sometimes she pulls out her tongue and shakes like snake and she bites her teeth badly staring if someone else comes home. She is not ready to bath, comb hair or even wash face but she was actually who is clean and beauty conscious. She says she forgot cooking completely which she started at age 11 but remembers incidents since 1987. Not ready to come out of home for treatment or online consultation she becomes aggressive and no cooperation.
