Hi, do not worry. Some incidents in the past should have triggered this feeling. Keep your mind busy always. Ignore the thoughts when they try to over power you. Take mentat 2 x 2 times daily for a month. Mentat should be available at any nearby pharmacy. It is manufactured by himalayas ayurveda. Try to be around people whenever possible. Do not stay alone and do not be idle.
I can understand you are under a lot of pressure and therefore also thinking negative. The problem is negative thinking is like a circle and you are stuck inside. You can however you can break the circle. You can work with a psychologist to help you break the cycle. This will help you be more positive, and also be better equipped to find solutions and help you convcie and have a baby.
It is obvious to have less time to spare for the baby while you are working.
To compensate it while you are with the baby make it count.
For over thinking you can consult me at Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment.
