Hello. May I know how long should I take tramal sr and phlogin tablet? I am suffering from anal fissure, since few days I am having pain in anal area, specially in the morning after I pass stool then I take both tablets and in few hours I feel relax. Will it cause side effects if I take it for long time. I find this medicine very effective. I have tried augmentin, proves before but they were useless.

These medicines will not help you. Follow these steps sit in hot water (temprature same as you use for bath) twice daily. Apply white vaseline to anus after sitting in hot water. Cremaffin liquid 2 tsf before sleep for 15 days good amount of salad and fruit and water daily.

Regarding augmentin, it's an antibiotic and antibiohave no role in simple anal fissures. Do the following things for two weeks, and if no relief, then visit a good proctologist or a general in your area. 1. Avoid non veg, spices and alcohol 2. Take lots of fluids and fruits. 3. Do hot water tub baths (sits baths) thrice a day 4. Apply anaheal cream locally thrice a day. 5. Take softovac granules 2 spots bedtime with a glass of water. You can take a tablet of painkiller, whenever you feel lot of pain. Regards.
