I am 28 years old and use medicines amlovas 10 twice a day and aten 25 once to control my bp as I have renal stenosis, I fell I am sexually healthy but just after 2 days, I planned with my gf for the first time for sex, so I am worried about my performance, caa I use viagra or shilajit like patanjali youvan gold plus capsule, please suggest.

Two antihypertensive at the age of 28 is too much. Second they are never going cure the complain but will worsen your general health including sexual health. Better start homeopathic treatment side by side if you want to save your kidneys. As far as viagra is concerned, once is not an issue.
