Sir, apart from medicines are doing and trying some other alternatives? Your Dr. who is prescribing medicines must have recommended counseling to you. Anxiety is mostly fear based, it could be there is some inherent fear in you could be related to health, your weight or completely different reason family work relationships career achievements failure. Medication shall relieve you from your symptom that too momentarily but unless the root cause is resolved anxiety will not go. Hence a kind request pls take up counseling. Do not worry about your bp etc rather take the right actions to address it. You are young and have the time and motivation is not it? So pls gear up and take care of your own self. You will find that you are a new person within few weeks.
