I oversleep for like 10 to 12 hours and also my sleep timing is in the day hours. This complete sleeping disorder costs me alot of class problems and I have in a lot of trouble for it. What should I do to have a sleep cycle of a normal kid?

Lybrate-user. It seems that your biological circadian rhythm is disturbed due to changing sleep timings. If you are unable to find time to sleep at night due to work and study its understandable, but if you have resorted to daytime sleeping habits that would be a concern for your work during day. You might need a gradual readjustment of your sleep times. We may need to discuss your entire sleep work pattern along with associated problems. You might need a course of few medications along with behaviour therapy for sleep. Visit me when you find time.
