I always feel cold. My temperature is always less than others like 36 to 36.5, sometimes 35.5. I have joint pain starting from neck to lower back. Because of which I sleep for less than 4 hrs. Sometimes I do not sleep at all. I get cold induced headache. How is my immune system? Will taking vaccine bring side effects?
