I have pcod for 5 years now I am 23 years old first I was told to take krimson 35 for 6 months then after stopping there was irregular periods again and now after a scan they told to have regestrone 2 thrice a day and now my bleeding is not stopping after having regestrone and I have pain in my stomach also and now they are telling to take scan after july (i did my previous scan) should I take krimson 35 for 5 days and then continue with regestrone for 30 days as earlier prescribed.

Go for one medicine only. If you are not satisfied with regesterone, switch over to krimson 35 for the full course. If you are overweight for your height, try to reduce it with healthy lifestyle and diet. Also start t ovabless 1 tablet twice daily after food. Regesterone takes some time to act so you can continue it and your symptoms should subside. But don't mix the medicines.

You will have to take tapering dose of regesteron if pregnancy test is negative. First 7 days regesterone 10 mg thrice daily. Then next 7 days 10 mg twice daily. Then last 7 days 10 mg once daily. Within first week itself, your bleeding will be controlled. After completing 21 days of medication, wait for 7 dys, for bleeding.
